DRM485H1 F Senior Seminar: Research Project: Exhibition

In this course students will focus on a research topic of their own choosing (with approval from the instructor) and complete the scaffolded phases of a research project including archival research (if applicable), preliminary reading, identifying case examples, bibliography, outlining, draft and revision. Students will complete their research paper and prepare a display for public exhibition. This course will include learning about research and writing methods related to theatre, dance and performance studies and an introduction to consider knowledge mobilization for performance focused research.

  • Drama Majors, Specialists and Minors (priority given to Majors and Specialists)
  • 14.0 credits
  • DRM220Y1
  • A 2-3 page writing sample. An excerpt from research paper is ideal. A reading reflection or critical analysis response are also welcome. Any AI Generated materials are not to be submitted.
