Jill Amery

Jill Amery (she/her) is an MA student at the University of Toronto’s Centre for Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies, where she previously completed her BA in acting. While raising two boys in Vancouver, she was highly involved in digital marketing as an influencer creating multi-faceted campaigns and appearing live on morning shows across Canada and the US. Though trained as a singer/dancer/actor, Jill’s academic focus revolves around digital technology, auto-ethnography and devised theatre. Of particular interest are the untold or disappeared histories of Nova Scotians.
